After-Hours Support
HealthLogic’s regular
support hours are Monday - Friday 7am to 8pm EST. We have staff available
to assist in all areas during these hours. If an urgent issue occurs that must
be addressed after regular support hours then our clients may contact our
main support line. After-hours this line is answered by our Systems
Monitoring staff and they will put you in contact with a manager that will
assist you with your problem. You may also log your critical issue and a
HealthLogic representative will contact you back to address the issue.
